Technical Account Manager, Technology (Brussels)

You will manage existing partners

A challenging job is subject to continuous change. Within this multinational organization, they are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who will plan, manage and review the delivery of support services that drive outcomes aligned to customer’s IT and business goals. You will be the escalation point, ensuring the customer receives a world class support experience.

Next to this, you will partner with other roles to ensure customer success in the acquisition, implementation, and usage/consumption of cloud services (MCS), with deployment being your specific accountability. To top it off, you will develop and expand strategic customer relationships to grow the Enterprise Services business and drive larger impact for the customer.


Your responsibilities

  • Align services around people, process and technology 
  • Drive improvement through delivery of goal aligned services. 
  • Lead activities that accelerate the customers’ deployment of cloud services. 
  • Ensure clear customer understanding of services available, and value delivered 
  • Act as an escalation point for critical service incidents 
  • Identify opportunities for renewing and expanded services 
  • Use customer satisfaction results to drive service improvement
  • Create and manage licensing Plan for the assigned sales accounts. The plan maps out how to maximize the commercial Volume Licensing opportunity for the account.  
  • Contribute to the Commercial Solutions community by sharing best practices and insights on sales execution.

  • Good analytical problem solving and being able to build and maintain great customer/partner relationships are at the core of this role.
  • Bringing product & technology expertise, good project management skills are required every day, as well as the ability to digest and create strategic insights.
  • Energy, passion for technology and a genuine curiosity
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French is required
  • Years of relevant experience: 2 year and more and primarily in a client-facing role 
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
